Immortal Snail Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MAB Logic (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the Immortal Snail application (“the app”) and this website. By installing, accessing, or using the app or site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including the disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability below.

1. About the app

Immortal Snail is a free real-world GPS hunt game. While a run is alive, a server-driven snail moves toward your device location. Contact ends the run. Optional cosmetics and earnable badges never change hunt distance, death rules, or leaderboard ranking math. The app has no ads and no pay-to-survive features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the app. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws, including where and how you use location services.

3. Accounts

Online play, shared leaderboards, cloud runs, and purchase restore require signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. One alive run per account at a time.

4. Location and gameplay

The game depends on location permission. Denying or turning off location during an alive run does not pause the hunt: the snail continues toward your last known position (“dark mode”) and may end the run. Play responsibly — do not use the app while driving or in any way that endangers yourself or others.

5. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Immortal Snail on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable App Store / Google Play terms.

6. Purchases

Optional cosmetic in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are governed by the relevant store’s policies. Cosmetics never alter survival fairness.

Physical merch listed at immortal-snail.com/shop is sold by Printify: clicking Buy opens a Printify checkout where they take payment, calculate tax, and ship. Printify’s buyer terms apply to those orders. Merch is looks-only and is not an in-app purchase; it does not change the hunt.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MAB LOGIC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Map tiles, GPS accuracy, and connectivity are outside our full control.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAB LOGIC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app or in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or £10 if you obtained the app without payment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
